What we collect, and why

This page explains what happens to the details you send through fadsafaris.com. It covers the website only. Bookings, payments and anything you send us by WhatsApp or email are handled by First African Dream Tours and Safaris in Mombasa, Kenya.

When you enquire

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and country, along with the safari, month and group you are asking about. We use those details to prepare your quote and to reply to you. They are stored in the website database and emailed to our office. We do not sell them and we do not share them with anyone outside our company, except the lodges and camps needed to make a booking you have asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you about a trip, and for up to two years afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us at any time to delete your details and we will remove them.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets a session cookie so forms work securely. It does not use advertising cookies. [Placeholder: FAD to confirm whether analytics will be added, and which provider, before launch.]

Live information on the site

The weather shown for the parks comes from the Open-Meteo public forecast service. Requests to that service are made by our server, not your browser, so your visit is not shared with it.
